Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B clients across Tucson metropolitan area
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads and opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progression
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Analyze market trends to identify new business development opportunities
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales, customer service, or related experience
