Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through our CRM system and in-person networking events
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for assigned accounts
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Close deals while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead-generation campaigns
- Track sales metrics and weekly performance in Salesforce
- Participate in bi-weekly strategy workshops with sales leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license for client meetings across NYC boroughs
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
