Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and customers to identify their needs and present solutions.
- Attend daily training sessions and coaching meetings to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn new concepts and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional field events, if applicable).
