Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and presentations to potential clients in the New York area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to manage client accounts and track progress.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and training.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company brand professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Must be willing to work in our New York City office (5th Avenue location).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (optional hybrid option available).
