Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Jacksonville area.
- Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to present our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Attend daily training workshops to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at community networking events and industry functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience is required. We provide full training to all new hires.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a significant advantage.
- A professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Reliable transportation to and from our downtown Jacksonville office.
