Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on outbound sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to understand their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM software.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth sectors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
