Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase our services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Track daily sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to refine sales strategies and pitch techniques.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for our entry-level positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
