Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high retention rates.
- Participate in daily training sessions, role-plays, and team huddles.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine strategies.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
