Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Phoenix area.
- Learn and execute sales strategies through our structured, paid training program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Present company products and services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Track sales data and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
