- Participate in weekly training sessions, shadowing senior team members to refine sales techniques.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).
