Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Identify customer needs and match them with our products and services effectively.

- Track and document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
