Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Minneapolis area and beyond.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate reporting to management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings or client visits.
