- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Apex Growth Solutions with a professional demeanor and high energy.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the training department to help refine our onboarding processes.
- Market Expansion: Assist in identifying new sectors for business development within the Florida region.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience is required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over specific experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and available for full-time shifts (including weekends).
- Digital Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or CRM software.
