Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person networking.
- Attend daily training sessions and weekly coaching meetings to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for team building and networking events.
