Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the local area.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Demonstrate our products/services and clearly explain value propositions to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and participating in local community events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (for local client visits).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
