Responsibilities
- Participate in our award-winning, structured training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and refine effective sales strategies.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- A positive attitude and a hunger to learn and succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required for field visits).
