Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow-up on outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends within the local Mesa area.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers in a professional setting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Track daily activities and sales metrics in our CRM system to ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proven self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn new sales techniques quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software is preferred.
