Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to new and existing customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking and research.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients in the Long Beach area.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM databases accurately and promptly.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a strong plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (entry level candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for local client visits.
