Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to identify pain points and solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and close sales in a professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track and record all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and closing skills.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required—we train you from the ground up.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
