Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both new and returning clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable to maintain a professional image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
