Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Present product solutions to potential clients with compelling value propositions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop customized sales strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce training provided)
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in weekly sales training and team development sessions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and scripts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (internships welcome)
