Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the South Florida region
- Identify sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales transactions
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Residency in Miami-Dade County or willing to relocate
