Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking events, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing product and sales methodology training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales experience or relevant internship experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
