Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Present product solutions and close sales deals to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to team meetings with actionable insights and performance updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with self-motivated, goal-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
