Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to drive sales conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track and report sales activities using our CRM system daily
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-up
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic with self-motivated approach
