Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking events, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual and in-person demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to track progress and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to team meetings with actionable insights and performance updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales experience; internships or campus leadership valued
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings in metro Atlanta
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
