Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and networking events to introduce our services.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Presentations: Deliver persuasive product presentations and demos to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we train all new hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive, resilient attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
