Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs with full support from senior team
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns in the Albuquerque market
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent Skyline Solutions at local industry events and community functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Self-driven with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
