The Role
You will be the face of our company, representing our brand to new and existing clients. This role is perfect for graduates or career switchers looking to build a successful career in sales and client management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ambitious attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
