Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Process customer orders and update databases accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (not required for all roles).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
