Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify trends and improve service delivery.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.</li><li>Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and security.</li><li>Assist in the development of training materials and mentor new hires.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and CRM platforms).</li><li>A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul>
