Responsibilities
- Complete and pass our structured, paid training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outbound calls and emails to assist clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly revenue targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM software).
