Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone and email, to identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Master our products and services through our structured training program to become a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly performance targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and support the development of new sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software experience is a bonus).
