Responsibilities
- Complete Training: Dedicate time to our structured paid training program to master sales and customer service protocols.
- Client Engagement: Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients via phone and email to address inquiries and needs.
- Drive Sales: Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by utilizing consultative selling techniques and relationship building.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to share best practices and support overall team goals.
- Market Research: Assist in identifying market trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
