Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on high-quality service and retention.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments to resolve complex client issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and willingness to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends).
