Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Document client interactions accurately in our internal systems.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
- Reliable internet connection and computer skills are required.
- No prior experience in sales or customer service is necessary; training is provided.
