Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM systems.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and sales methodologies.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
