Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, negotiation tactics, and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized communication and solution-based selling
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and converting leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in company CRM platform
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops and mentorship sessions
- Contribute to team sales goals through collaborative strategies and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- No prior sales experience requiredâtraining provided for all qualified candidates
