Responsibilities
- Complete Onboarding: Participate in our structured 2-week training program to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Customer Support: Manage daily customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Target Achievement: Work closely with team leads to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Attend daily morning briefings and team huddles to align on strategies and share success stories.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).
- Attitude: A positive, resilient mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from our Philadelphia office.
