Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs through active listening and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Upsell products and services to increase average transaction value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
