Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed quickly and correctly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
