Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments responsibly.
- Maintain store organization, ensuring products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Clean and organize the sales floor and stockrooms to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company policies, safety procedures, and product features.
Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach location.
