Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct market research and engage with potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Training & Development: Actively participate in structured training programs to master our products and sales methodologies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide all necessary training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and access to a reliable internet connection.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new concepts quickly.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings as needed.
