Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed information about our merchandise.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to effectively recommend items to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
