Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers/clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in the sales process by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication channels, including phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Accurately record customer information and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
