Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products and promotions to drive sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
