Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer questions about features and pricing.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience required—high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
