Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay updated on merchandise
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and organization
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention
