What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior shopping experience.
- Assist customers in navigating the store and selecting products that meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school/college).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things quickly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
