Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor as they enter the store.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets and visual merchandising goals.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
